I-MED is pleased to announce an update on the acquisition of I-MED by Jardine Matheson.

After receiving final regulatory approvals, the acquisition was completed on 30 September 2026.  

We thank Permira for its partnership and contribution to I-MED’s growth.

Jardines’ decision to invest in I-MED reflects the quality of our clinical services and people, the important contribution we make to patient care across Australia and New Zealand and the opportunities for invest in our continued growth.

Patients and referrers can continue to expect the same expert care and service from I-MED. There is no change to how we work together day to day. Our teams, clinics, clinical standards and commitment to providing high-quality diagnostic and interventional services remain unchanged.
