Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to protecting the privacy of our patients, prospective and former employees, trainees, work placements (Former Staff and Candidates) and health professionals who refer patients to us, interact with us or use our services (Referrers), and those who interact with us (you). Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy (Policy) sets out why and how the I-MED Radiology Network in New Zealand and its related companies (I-MED, us, we or our) collect, use, share and otherwise handle personal and health information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the Health Information Code 2020.

  • If you are a patient, Sections 2 and 4 of this Policy will be relevant to you, in our provision of medical imaging, nuclear medicine, and interventional radiology services and related services (our Services).
