Professor the Hon Greg Hunt

Professor the Hon Greg Hunt brings extensive experience across healthcare, public policy, innovation and medical research.

He served as Australia’s Minister for Health from 2017 to 2022 and, previously, as Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science.

Professor Hunt is Chair of the Turner Institute for Brain and Mental Health Advisory Council at Monash University and holds a number of roles across health, research and innovation, including as Honorary Enterprise Professor at the University of Melbourne and Professor of Practice at University College London.

His deep understanding of the Australian healthcare system and experience in strategic leadership, policy and innovation bring valuable perspective to the I-MED Board as the organisation continues to invest in clinical excellence, responsible innovation and improving access to high-quality diagnostic imaging.
